The full body cleanse consist of 8 phases

Phase 1: Lymphatic system tea cleanse,

Phase 2: Constipated tea for the the colon,

Phase 3: Gut healing tea , gut/parasite cleanse, and the parasite powder to deworm yourself.

Phase 4: The Cry me a liver tea to cleanse the liver

Phase 5: The kidneys to filter the kidneys

Phase 6: The pancreas to cleanse the pancreas

Phase 7: The Charged Up/ adrenals cleanse to power up the temple

Phase 8: Finish with lymphatic system cleanse again.

That’s a total full body cleanse to reset the temple! It’s done in that exact order.

You do one phase at a time and when one phase is done, you move to the next phase without skipping a day until all 8 phases are complete!
